Working Principle
A vertical vibration motor with eccentric weights generates the centrifugal force that drives the screening assembly.
The resulting vibration produces horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement. Material entering the screen spreads across the mesh as it moves toward the discharge outlet.
Particles smaller than the selected aperture pass through the mesh, while oversized particles remain above the screen and are discharged separately.
For multi-deck screening, different mesh sizes can be installed to separate several particle-size fractions in one operation. Similar industrial vibro sifter designs use eccentric weights to create the multi-directional movement required for material separation.
