Ultrasonic vibrating screen: On the basis of the rotary vibrating screen, an ultrasonic screening system (ultrasonic power supply, transducer, etc.) is superimposed to make the screen produce high-frequency micro-vibration to avoid fine powder agglomeration or clogging of the screen holes.
Features: Specially designed for high-purity and high-fineness (such as 800 mesh and above) gypsum powder screening, solving the problem of fine powder blocking that is difficult to handle with ordinary vibrating screens.
Screening accuracy: High, can screen sticky and easily agglomerated materials (such as gypsum powder) that ordinary vibrating screens cannot handle.
